- Perform internal audits based on ISO 9001 and CMMI frameworks.
- Support project teams in implementing quality processes.
- Analyze project metrics and report to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or CMMI is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide automotive clients through ASPICE Level 2/3 implementation.
- Perform gap analysis and process maturity assessments.
- Train engineering teams on ASPICE best practices.
Requirements
- Certified ASPICE Provisional/Competent Assessor preferred.
- Deep understanding of automotive software lifecycles.
- Experience with tools like Doors, Jira, and Polarion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document standard operating procedures.
- Implement process automation where applicable.
- Ensure continuous improvement of business workflows.
Requirements
- Strong background in process engineering and documentation.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset.
